Introducing the new format, skinny Creative Spark e-news… I’m sorry it’s been such a long time since my last e-news.
I’ve been busy, which is great, however, it feels a bit hectic. I’ve heard a lot of friends who work in the creative sector saying the same.
I have been wanting to restart my e-news for the past few weeks as I love sharing all the tips and idea that whizz around in my head constantly. So, I decided to keep things simple.

- Journaling I use this journaling method by Lynda Monk. I only use it when I’m stuck, but I pretty much always find it’s a great way to get unstuck. If you’ve got a lot on give it a go now!
