Since 2012, when I launched my business, I have worked with all sorts of organisations as a Relational Dynamics 1st accredited Coach and Mentor to help them to identify their goals, develop plans and submit funding applications securing thousands to support arts, heritage, environmental and community programmes across the UK.

Rooftop Theatre (2018) Support to develop and fund new theatre programme including ACE Project Grant application support and secure £15,000 to support Boxing Club Rules project.
Arts Uplift CIC (2018) Support to develop and fund programme including ACE Project Grant application support to secure £50,000 to deliver Suitcase Stories reminiscence dementia project.
Wild Goose Rural Training (2017- 2018) Audience development specialist supporting development of £400,000 HLF Our Heritage Phase 2 application (submission withdrawn).
Bicester Youth & Community Strategic Arts Plan (2014-2015) Working with Cherwell District Council & other local partners to facilitate discussions & decision making to develop a strategic plan & funding application totalling £160,000 including ACE Grants for the Arts and partner contribution to make the case for the arts to become a tool for change & a new model of good practice locally, regionally & nationally.
Autumn in Malvern Festival (2017) Fundraiser for 2017 Festival, £14,950 secured from ACE Grants for the Arts to support the festival.
Reaction Theatre Makers (2017) Organisational development and fundraising support. £15,000 secured from ACE Grants for the Arts.
Tenbury Music Festival (2017) Organisational development and fundraising support, £14,950 secured from ACE Grants for the Arts to support the 2018 festival.
Severn Rivers Trust (2017) Arts & Engagement Strategy for Stage 2 of Unlocking the Severn £4m HLF Our Heritage application (application decision pending).
Grapevine Music Project (2016) Supporting colleagues at Equal Vision to secure £5,000 to support the delivery of Grapevine Music Project at Tenbury Music Festival in 2016.
Dulcimer World Congress Youth & Community Outreach Programme (2014-2016) Mentoring event organiser with fundraising, event development and management, the development and delivery of a school education programme and teachers pack. Together we raised £16,000 from Arts Council, local and national trusts and foundations.
Creative Minds (2013-2014) Secured a grant of £15,000 from Arts Council England to deliver a programme of art & heritage activities for the Autumn in Malvern Festival linked to the centenary of WWI working with young people from Malvern’s most deprived wards.
